I cannot express to you how happy I am to find a marketer that is not a money-grubbing seminar swine. Raymond Aaron doesn't spend every ounce of his being trying to sell you something and is a pretty down-to-earth guy who offers a heavy discount for return students. Sadly, it is his course which is problematic. While conservative in nature, it could put you in a pinch.

Nevertheless, what makes it worthwhile is that Aaron's presentation is dynamic and exciting. Certainly this is more than can be said about others in the seminar industry. Many of the current seminar speakers need to attend Aaron's seminar, not for the real estate information, but for the strong delivery. I suggest that you sit in on one of his seminars, but you should avoid spending a dime on the course. You'll discover that 80% will be stories and the other 20% will be real estate.

If I were to grade his performance, I would give it a C+. But the real estate information deserves a failing grade. If you're going to spend money on a course, his is better than others. Regardless, I still would not recommend a course from him. Seriously, the best thing you can do is to do some heavy duty searching on the internet and use some common sense and creativity with real estate. These are important elements that can help you succeed in real estate, which you can do easily and at a low cost. Many of these real estate seminars attempt to give you trade secret like information, but really you just need to do a lot of the leg work for yourself in this particular industry, more so than others.

I attended one of Aaron's seminars a few months ago. It sounded like a neat idea but would run for 17 months at $200 a month (contract). Thanks, but No thanks.
