Overall, I'm sure that Sheets' course can work for people that are really determined and disciplined to do this type of monotonous and tiresome kind of work everyday. I for one however do not want to slave away for my income. I can think up at least 5 ways to make lots of money in half the time that it took me following his system.

Add to the competition with the thousands of other people clubbing each other over property, it can be a real tough situation. Sheets has been selling the course for years, which means that while your doing heavy real estate research, so are countless others. When you actually find something worthwhile, chances are it will be scooped up by someone else. I really don't like those competitive odds.

Unless you are super passionate and in obsessed with the real estate industry, then Sheets' system is not for you. To make his plan work you have to center your entire world on real estate. No Thanks. So, I certainly can not recommend any of Carlton Sheets methods.
